my favorite game is called “how many episodes can I watch in one night”

I love the bonus round where you try to convince yourself that you can watch a 45 minute episode in like 20 minutes

Liz: I managed to calm him down after spooning him for an hour. And I was the outer spoon!
Jack: Welcome to adulthood, Lemon.

A cockatiel. Singing the theme song to Neon Genesis Evangelion. So good.

What the hell is that annoying noise in the background of the Emmys?!

speechlesstalking:

Or is that just me o.o

I thought it was just me! Possible explanation: The aliens are invading.

The 7 Best Instances of Doppelganger Sex

For those New Yorkers stuck indoors ‘cause of the rain but still equipped with Internet—or anyone else in the country who’s looking for a fun read—I recently came up with this list of TV shows that do the ol’ “evil twin sex” routine. I’m pretty proud of it and hope it’ll amuse you over this dreary weekend.

Included:

  • Boomer vs. Athena on Battlestar Galactica
  • that great Buffy episode where she and Faith switch bodies
  • the most badass line from Alias

When I first guessed that Drew would be the one to die, my reason was because his shot was at the end of the credits and would be easy to replace. But what I never realized is that it’s the same case for Adam: He’s in the very beginning, his part is a reaction shot to the skateboard, and there are no other regulars with him. It’d be easy to cut his part out.

Adam Is Probably Going to Die on Degrassi: Now or Never

Imagine me channeling Tim Curry from Clue by taking this trailer apart frame-by-frame, but also tearing up at the thought of losing Jordan Todosey’s amazing character.

I have an hour left at work, and I will spend most of it listening to this song on repeat. I don’t know why, but the Evangelion theme always gets me amped up. Maybe it’s because the lyrics are all in Japanese and I can’t understand anything more than syllables.

It is one of life’s strange cruelties that I never loved the series as much as I adore this theme song.
